• Frame

  It is made of fusion welded high quality steel for complete stress relief. Through carefully chosen design parameters, the deflection of the frame is kept within a close range. This helps maintain a tight gap between the die and punch, resulting in better punch quality and longer tool life.

• Slide

  The box-shaped construction of the slide is designed for maximum stiffness. This helps speed up machine setup and improves tool safety during setup.

• Sliding Balance

  Pneumatic balance is provided to offset the weight of the slide and tool, which helps improve bearing clearance and further simplifies slide adjustment.

• Electrical Control

  A lockable selector switch is provided for ONCE, INCH and CONTINUOUS operating modes. The press is equipped with a highly reliable double solenoid valve, which is electrically locked against incorrect operation. "Top dead center" to stop the press at top dead center, two hand engagement, "emergency stop" are some other standard features.

• Drive

  Specially designed extra supports lift the spindle assembly so that it is evenly balanced at both ends. This also allows the main bearing to be preloaded to the desired degree in the load direction, extending the life of the main bearing bushing.

• Vibrating Pad

  Reciprocating machines generate higher dynamic loads, so in the case of a spring-supported system, a sizable foundation may be required to keep the motion response low, which avoids vibration and structure-borne noise.

• Iubricating

  All critical points receive a sufficient amount of pressurized metered oil through an electric central lubrication system. The system is interlocked with the main press control. As a further safety measure, the press can only be started "delayed" after lubrication has started.
